Day 9

Today was primarily travel. We booked a travel company to take us all the way to the phi phi islands. Our day started with a ferry ride off of Koh Samui

We then transferred to a shuttle which drove us across the mainland to the port on the other side of the island. We stopped at a gas station and marveled at the natural views (and odd flavors of American snacks)

The van ride was around 2 hours long and by the time we got to the second port, the weather had taken a turn for the worse

We ate lunch we had previously bought from Chabad and got on a second ferry to the Koh Phi Phi Islands.

I was blown away

After putting our bags down, we walked to the beach. We found locals playing soccer and joined them for a bit

We ended our night by heading to a local bar which had Muy Thai fights in the center of the room. They offered free drinks to anyone who volunteered to fight but, although pressed, neither Avi or I obliged
