Day 10

About 2 days prior to our trips departure, Avi and I debated bringing laptops. Our morning today proved we didn’t need to. We spent the morning filling out a rental application for our UWS apartment for next year. We signed documents, shared files, and emailed in all the necessary forms from our phones.

We then walked around the island to book a boat tour for the day. We found a place and booked a tour for an hour and half later that would take up our entire day

We then rode further out and took in the sweeping vistas. It genuinely felt like James Cameron’s Avatar here on Earth

We went snorkeling at another point and then headed to Maya Bay

We bonded with our tour group throughout. We happened to be with four Israelis who were Shomer Kashrut and would also be spending Shabbat with us in Phuket

We ended our tour with some more dives and saw some small bioluminescent plankton

The Israelis told us they would be cooking for dinner with kosher noodles they bought, vegetables, and pots they bought and kashered. So, I asked if we could join :) (I’ve been eating cold schnitzels the past few meals and really wanted a hot meal)
