Day 27

We booked a day tour late last night for Ninh Binh. We met our tour guide at the Hanoi Opera house and knew we wouldn’t have the best weather conditions for the day

We first stopped at Huan Lu (I’m most likely getting the spelling wrong), the ancient capital of Vietnam

After that we biked around a village

We then ate a quick lunch. Kind of.

After that we took a raft ride down a river through rice fields and mountains

After that we hiked up a nearby mountain and took in one of the best views of the trip

During the journey back, we coordinated meals for dinner and for the entire Ha Jian loop with Chabad and came back to bags waiting for us at our hotel. Can’t overstate enough how incredible Chabad is

We also had the help of our tour guide Victor on the way back who helped us call a tour bus company and get us seats on a 10:30 sleeper bus to Ha Jian

After a 6 hour journey through the night, we arrived at our hostel to get 3 more hours of sleep before beginning the loop early in the morning
