Day 1

After 25 hours of international airline travel, Avi and I landed in Bangkok at 6:30 AM local time. We headed straight to the Wat Pho temple

After that we went across the road to the Grand Palace complex

We then checked into our hotel which boasted incredible views of the river and went for a swim to cool off from the heat and humidity of Thailand

We then went to Chabad for dinner and got great meals for incredibly cheap. After that, we walked along Khaosan road.

We got Thai massages (which were overall relaxing except for a few painful parts) and foot massages. We sat at a bar, made a few friends, and watched one of them try a scorpion.

We rode back to the hotel in Tuktuks and called our first day
