The Royal Tenenbaums (2001)

Wes Anderson’s penchant for fast paced, apathetic dialogue is raised to the max in this unusually comforting movie. His characters, dialogue, clear direction for the actors, and his color palette/ shot design are all token Wes Andersen. I feel like I’m watching a very stylized piece of art when I watch his films. He’s for sure my guilty pleasure director to watch.
