The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)

Still felt a little campy but this time around, especially with all the garbage CGI heavy big franchise movies we get these days, I could appreciate the filmmaking here. The set design, the blocking and editing, the lighting and cinematography, SCORE. Still don't have the same affection for it that many do but I can understand it's greatness.
It takes itself seriously in a very good way
