The French Dispatch of the Liberty, Kansas Evening Sun (2021)

So insanely well staged, written, directed, acted. This thing is Wes on steroids but still has humanity and creative verve. With the last few Wes installations, I've sort of felt that he's gotten stale but this is just him at the top of his craft. An artist having fun exploring his medium. So so damn good. The wes worlds are always great ways to escape the army life.
