Rushmore (1998)

Didn't feel so Wes Anderson but still had certain aspects. The tone of the character's dialogue, the certain slow motion shots, the soundtrack, and of course the closeups. It felt like a coming of age with an Andersionian twist and as childish as the main characters are, you do feel as though they've grown and you've grown with them throughout the movie. Definitely not my favorite Anderson but a welcome, feel good movie (especially the night before I go to see the French Dispatch)
