Like Father, Like Son (2013)

obviously a beautifully made film - I mean it's Kore-eda how could it not be. I love his style; naturalistic cinematography, close ups, extended dolly shots. The editing is light and never too jarring. I can really feel his fingerprint on all his movies.
It was hard for me to really love this one because I was so upset at the parents. Why were they so opposed to keeping the kids they had raised for 6 years?! Maybe I can't understand yet at this point in my life but I mean, come on. Movie felt like a slow burn to get to that obvious answer.
