In the Mood for Love (2000)

Incredible piece of art. Decided to watch it because id seen it on so many people's criterion collections. No question this deserved to make the cut. It was a film in every sense of the form. It hit every film technique perfectly. Montage, slow motion, smoke, mirrors, editing, acting, still life sequences. And the music! Same song used to perfection. The story wasn't complex at all and maybe thats what made this so great. Simple plot done to perfection. Loved this movie. 10/10
